Etihad Airways Engineering is the Middle East’s leading aviation Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) services provider. From its state-of-the-art facility next to Abu Dhabi International Airport, the facility offers a range of line, light and heavy maintenance services as well as providing technical training.
The team at Etihad Airways Engineering are seasoned professionals from over 50 nationalities, working as one team with one mission: to be an industry leading provider of aircraft maintenance and engineering solutions, with a continued focus on new platforms and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Etihad Airport Services
Etihad Airport Services (EAS) manages Etihad Aviation Group’s investment in the support businesses at the Abu Dhabi hub. These include Catering (EAS Catering), Ground Handling (above and below wing) (EAS Ground), and Cargo Logistics operations (EAS Cargo), all located at Abu Dhabi International Airport. In addition, it oversees the Group’s investment in its dedicated Flight Crew and Cadet training operations (Etihad Flight College) which is also based in Abu Dhabi. These businesses serve both Etihad Airways and third-party customers, and EAS is committed to providing all of its customers with the highest standards of quality, safety, performance and efficiency.
As Abu Dhabi International Airport and Etihad Airways plan their transition to the new Midfield terminal, EAS will be investing heavily in each of its businesses through new infrastructure, new technology and new processes to support this future growth opportunity.

Hala Group manages the growth of Etihad Aviation Group’s strategic business investments in global loyalty and travel distribution. Loyalty operations are grouped together under The Global Loyalty Company (GLC), which was formed in 2013 with the aim to become the world’s most valuable and rewarding loyalty business.
GLC manages the continuing expansion and evolution of its four award-winning frequent flyer loyalty programmes: Etihad Guest (used by Etihad Airways, Air Serbia, and Air Seychelles); Jet Privilege (Jet Airways); MilleMiglia (Alitalia) and topbonus (airberlin and NIKI). Strong growth was achieved in 2016, with more than three million new members joining the four programmes. Today, they have more than 20 million members across 150 countries.
Working in close partnership with Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority (TCA), Hala Group focuses on growing business into Abu Dhabi and the UAE in support of the capital’s 2030 strategic plan. The Group’s extensive distribution operations include corporate and consumer inbound/outbound travel management, event and destination management services, package holidays, cruises, tours and stopovers, as well as specialist visa processing services.
This includes Hala Abu Dhabi, the official Destination Management Company (DMC) and Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) of Etihad Airways, which offers a fully integrated travel and logistics solution for major events. Hala Abu Dhabi has the experience, capacity and infrastructure to support major events, covering everything from creative and conceptual development to meticulous planning and seamless onsite delivery. Clients have included Shell, the International Air Transport Association (IATA), HSBC, the World Economic Forum, and The Professional Golfers Association.
